The place was very clean and looked well maintained. Our biggest issues were that we had 6 people, and it was supposed to sleep 6, but the sofa bed was broken. We had to put the mattress on the floor and have two ppl sleep there. The thermostat was impossible to adjust. It was freezing and then it was too warm. Someone said they had seen instructions for the thermostat on the house guide screen, but we were never able to find it again. Also had to kill 4 large spiders in the bathroom within the first 10 minutes of being there. Overall I would recommend, but those issues definitely need to be addressed. ##### Haniyyah S. My partner, his 11-year-old daughter, and I were extremely comfortable here. The setup is perfect for short-term or extended stays. We cooked every night and the kitchen was great! We'd recommend David provide a couple more pots and pans, but otherwise, we had everything we needed and more. It was easy to do laundry, dishes, etc. There was plenty of space for me to work remotely. Wi-Fi worked well--even in the midst of an ice storm where others lost power in the county. I would also note that the bedding and blankets were SO comfy. We enjoyed cozying up and watching movies on the large smart TVs. We come to this area frequently, and we will definitely be staying at this property again in the near future! I would be inclined to stay here alone while traveling, as a getaway to the area with a partner, or with family. It's great for business or vacation. Highly recommend. ##### Erika H.
