The place was perfect for our weekend gate away. I loved that it offered complementary toiletries. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants, and their breakfast was one of the best I’ve had! Definitely recommended!

Bad experience won’t be back ever
I was charged pet fee for service animal even after showing my military id . Then my room was next to a woman with a small baby and the baby cried all night and morning and my dog barked. She is trained to tend to someone in distress. I was sent a nasty email stating that the sheriff and animal control were called and would be removing my animal at my expense. I have never been treated so poorly. Fortunately I was able to get the pet fee removed the next morning after showing my service connected disability id , I believe it is illegal to ask for paperwork on my animal. However I did show the front desk that I am in fact a veteran with PTSD and they were in the wrong to charge for my animal.

My stay was amazing. When I checked in, the young lady greeted me with a smile and was very neat, helpful, and professional. My checkin went smooth. The room was very clean and well maintained. Upon check out on Saturday, February 10, 2024, the young man at the desk was very professional, neat, and had a smile. As I went to the elevator on Saturday, the two maintenance engineers greeted me with a smile and were very courteous. My room was noise-proof. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel location was in close proximity to the location of my business meeting.

Our stay was wonderful! Check in was easy, the room was clean and staff was friendly. There was free coffee and hot water for hot chocolate available in the lobby. Nice option because of the cold rainy weather. The next morning breakfast was hot and delicious! Will definitely stay here again when in Lake Charles!

Bathroom was dirty, mildew and stained tub, black spots on toilet, and floor was dirty. No soap nor body wash, no house keeping, no clean towels, not a pleasant stay. After arriving was charged an additional $10 per night, the room was paid in full before arriving. The additional charge was reported for incidentals, but no refunds. There were no charges to room during my stay.

Convenient but had a few room issues.
The stay at this location met expectation with the exception of a few issues with our room. Friendly staff, easy and convenient to the local casino area; however our room had a few issues. The bed comforter was stained, and the restroom toilet seat was not cleaned. Issue was addressed with front desk staff but since the room was booked through hotels.com they advised I would have to address with the website directly.

Great Location
The staff at check was very friendly even though they were dealing with computer issues on a holiday weekend. The hotel is well kept. The beds were comfortable. My only issue would be that we had very little hot water in the shower.

My TV was not working. I had to unscrew one of the light bulbs to turn off lamp before I went to bed. The other light bulb in the lamp needed to be replaced. The switch on the lamp was broken. Everything else was fine.

Staff was friendly, complimentary breakfast had good variety and food was well prepared. The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel is convenient for travelers. The AC was not noisy, like it can be at other places. One thing I forgot to mention to staff is that the shower curtain needed to be a couple of inches longer. The floor got a bit from our showers. Overall very satisfied.
