Mold on the bathroom ceiling and baseboards probably due to the exhaust fan not working. The air filter on the air conditioner was filthy. Also hard to tell if the door is locked or not because there is no deadbolt and no other security measure inside like a latch or something on the door. Sheets seemed to be half washed with a few curly black hairs similar to pubic hairs on them. The parking is ridiculous due to their not being ample room go park vehicles so it is over crowded.
