In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. "A beautifully maintained property sitting slightly above the main area (6 min walk downhill, 10 min walk uphill). Staff are friendly and professional. Dining room is lovely. The only problem during a hot summer is that there are no room air conditioners, only ceiling fans. Room 60 is the only room without a shower (bathtub only). I would stay again during a cooler period"
