Modern, quiet, well equipped condo
My family and I loved the decor of the place, modern and not cluttered. To our surprise and delight, there was a stick vacuum in the closet (although the canister was full and not charged) - so we plugged it in and able to vacuum daily. The kitchen was really well stocked with many pans/pots (dusty b/c other guests don't cook) utensils, coffee maker/toaster. Loved the conduction cooktop - just wish the microwave exhaust fan was over that as we cooked 2 meals on it but left the doors open to avoid any lasting smell.
It was a very quiet neighborhood in the evenings and we didn't hear any outside noise indoors with our windows closed. Loved that it was mini-split AC in the living and bedroom as it was quiet and known to be energy efficient. The sofa bed was uncomfortable for adults as it sags in the middle like most of those types of beds but was okay after I convinced my kids to sleep on it instead of me haha, enjoyed the regular bed in the bedroom! There were towels (bath, hand, beach), pillows and hangers galore.
The community laundry room had many washer/dryers with credit card payment (unfortunately, 1 night all of the payment terminals were down and the vendor was closed when we called).
Overall, very impressed with the property and although we extended checkout till 7:30pm and had to pay full rate (competitive with other listings), still very happy with the place and would choose again for any future Maui trip! Rental company very responsive. Mahalo, Love Rentals!
