This trip we thoroughly enjoyed staying in the Kapalua area (Ridge Villas property) as it was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We were able to walk to all of the beaches in the area and the boardwalk trail was great for morning runs. A few small details with our rental that we were disappointed with though. As we were unpacking the evening we arrived, we found the master bathroom was not cleaned at all from the last guests - we found some disinfectant wipes and cleaned it ourselves. The master shower was broken and we had to fix it a couple times (to stay in place on the rod) The kitchen is in need of some renos; aesthetically it's outdated but more importantly some of the cupboard doors and drawers were not operating properly or closing (broken/bent) THANK-YOU for having the spice rack! What a great idea! We do VRBO quite often and that was definitely a huge help to our cooking (and shopping savings!)
