"Booked the highest tier room and it was nice but plagued by a circuit failure that left us without a refrigerator, coffee maker, and functioning outlet in the bathroom. The front-desk phone was out (or so we were told) so we had to rely on text and the response time was completely inadequate. They did offer to move us in the evening but that was too big a hassle so we did without. Got coffee in the morning downstairs and 2 modestly sized, lukewarm, not that great coffees set us back $16+. At least they sent us a snack in the afternoon as a goodwill gesture."

"Parking was easy and secure. Rooms were clean and bug free. Staff was courteous and friendly. Great stay for the price. Would recommend for price conscious people. "

"Clean beautiful hotel!! Love the theme of the hotel!! We have stayed at 3 of the sister hotels and I’m making it a point to stay and experience all of them!!! Shampoo and conditioners could use a better smell!! But are still good!!! Staff was great especially check in staff!!! Had a few drinks at the bar in the restaurant and they were good!!"

"The breakfast was not good. Ran out of muffins and bagels. They didn’t have cream cheese or peanut butter for them. They had vouchers for breakfast so you couldn’t go and eat as much as you wanted. Also there was no cream or coffee maker in the room. Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable in one room but the other room was very cold because the window wouldn’t close and you could hear noise from outside also the woman in the next room was talking very loud until two am so we couldn’t get good sleep."
