The room was clean housekeeping was great. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. There were a couple of staff members who weren’t so friendly and had an attitude. I can’t say there was a lot of harassment from the staff that were dressed in white and gray. They continuously asked us if we wanted to take a survey or sign up for something. I thought that was annoying when I’m trying to enjoy my vacation.

This resort was everything and more! Very beautiful and clean. Doesn’t look like a hurricane just hit! Staff is always happy to see you and making sure you’re smiling at all times. Service is fast besides on the beach, had to reach out to my butler a couple of times. Lots of people complained about not having enough seating. I cannot relate to that. We never had a hard time and half of the time did not get to the water until noon. Food was our favorite part. Seafood was all so fresh and delicious! Highly recommend privilege; premium drinks, vip everything. We will be back again for sure!
