« The house is beautiful and spacious! The hosts were responsive and warm . They offered wonderful recommendations for the area and they live nearby and were immediately responsive when we needed assistance with the a/c. We loved sitting on the second story balcony sipping wine and watching the world go by. The kitchen was well stocked and useful.One thing to note . There are stairs and you need to use care if you aren’t used to using stairs. Great restaurants and shops within easy walking...

« The Garden District B&B is an excellent location for a stay in New Orleans. It is in a great area for local shops and restaurants. It is only a short streetcar ride from the French quarter. Ray the host is super friendly. It is set in an old building but do not let that put you off as the rooms are clean , spacious and comfortable. »

"A notre arrivée dans la chambre, les WC sont défectueux. Une personne intervient pendant plus d'une heure, et au final on nous bascule dans une autre chambre. Changement de chambre : 2 serviettes pour 3 personnes et pas de savon, ni shampoing. En allant voir à l'accueil on nous dit qu'il n'y en a plus ! Rien n'a été fait pour nous proposer une solution (on nous dit qu'ils n'ont pas été livré). Nous sommes donc allés acheter de quoi nous laver. Ensuite nous descendons pour profiter de la piscine, mise en avant sur votre site. Surprise, on ne peut pas se baigner, elle n'est pas en fonctionnement !!! La propreté de la salle de bain est plus que douteuse, et un des lit très inconfortable. Au petit déjeuner je vous d'arriver tôt sinon vous n'aurez plus que du pain de mie. En résumé, très très déçu. Vous pouvez constater que cela fait 10 à 20 ans que je réserve via hotel.com des nuits d'hôtel. Lors de ce voyage en Louisiane : cet hotel n'était pas du tout au niveau. L'hôtel de Bâton Rouge, n'en parlons pas, nous avons du partir 1 heure après être arrivé tant rien ne fonctionnait. Nous avons dû trouver un autre hôtel dans la précipitation et cela nous a coûter près de 150€ supplémentaire. Je suis très déçu de cette expérience de réservation avec Hotel.com et aimerais pouvoir discuter avec un de vos représentant. "Les clients d'Expedia ne sont pas bien traités : on nous a donné la chambre 220 a proximité directe des ventilateurs de la climatisation qui ont tourné et fait du bruit toutes la nuit !!! Et à proximité de la piscine ( bruit jusqu'à 22h). Pas de service de menage les 3 jours de notre sejours. Tres tres faible Ecoulement de l'eau du robinet du lavabo"
