"My husband and our kids stayed for a car show in the area. Staff was very friendly very professional. Was super easy to check in. But then we got to our hotel room and immediately started noticing things.. Quite a few guests had some of their hotel room doors open & they were sitting outside the open hotel doors blaring music. We got into our hotel room and there was literally blood and mold on our bedding. The base board in the bathroom was completely detached from the wall. Hanging out away from the wall and off of the wall.It had a lot of debris and sand behind that. Immediately started noticing that the floors were absolutely filthy. Had to wind up switching rooms. Then, we went to try to go get in the pool. The filter system is ripped out laying at the bottom of the pool, there was all kinds of leaves dirt bugs etc etc in the pool. They said that the pool closed, but both nights, we had a room right next to the pool, and there were people out there, literally partying, until the wee hours of the morning. A c worked great though & it was actually pretty quiet at night.I was very shocked. Property & the hotel rooms are definitely run down.Dingy and dirty. Most definitely need some upkeep.And really need to hire people that are going to clean better. We will be finding somewhere else to stay next year for that car show.Because that hotel was not acceptable at all.Definitely could be doing better for sure. "

"Breakfast had a good variety bacon, eggs bagels, danishes. Cereal. Our room was very dirty upon arriving hair in the bathroom shower, hair on the sinks. In the room was cold and the blankets felt moist and damp. I ended up switching hotels."

"The front desk staff acted like it was incredibly inconvenient that I was there. (It was late) The room was dirty and had no shower curtain. The pool was empty and closed off with no sign about construction. The free breakfast at 9:00 only had dry cereal (no milk) and a banana. I’m not sure when the “exceptional” reviews were done but it couldn’t have been anytime recently. If I wasn’t so tired, I would have gone elsewhere"

"Could be better: Ice machine on first floor should be fixed. Breakfast hours should be posted. Lotion to be provided in the bathroom. TV schedule needed for channels. Parking was fine. Breakfast was fine. Morning female staff was very nice & helpful."
