I stood in the lobby for 15 mins, I called but never heard a phone or anyone pick up.. got to the room, room was super hot! Heat wouldn’t turn off at all. AC hardly worked. ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER. (Yes I said something but they didn’t understand I guess). Also, tired saying my check out was yesterday (Friday) so they were knocking on my door at 11:05Am.

It was close to lots of activities & Jess was VERY helpful through the whole process.

The whole experience was incredible, great room, bed was great, amenities were great, breakfast was so delicious and the owner was so very accommodating and delightful, she even sat with us at breakfast and we talked about all of our grandchildren.
Would absolutely recommend staying here and we will definitely be staying again!

Totel is very smoky. Other guests were smoking in nearby rooms and nothing was done. The smell of cigarette smoke was very bad. Unfortunately, I have severe asthma and was told nothing could be done. If I could have found another hotel I would have left for health reasons. Sadly, I won't stay again. ...

Very dated, the bathroom door looked water damaged and was splintered. The bathtub was very stained but still clean. My door lock broke and I was unable to access my room for an hour. Having said that, the front desk, cleaning staff and maintenance were very good.

Was a group on our floor that was partying and yelling a screaming until at least 0330. We had to get up at 0430 for a procedure at the hospital and didn’t get hardly any sleep. Not acceptable. I’m reluctant to stay again if this type of activity is happening.
