"This cottage was the perfect place for us! It's in a very quiet neighborhood near a park that has a trail by the river and plenty of picnic tables. There is a grocery store nearby, good restaurants and just about anything else you would need. The house was spotless and we arrived to find snacks, and milk, eggs and butter already in the fridge. We highly recommend!"

"We only had three days to pack in as much outside time as we could, and this lovely house was a perfect base. It was an easy drive to Shenandoah National Park, Harrisonburg and Grand Caverns. "These cabins are basically tiny homes. We loved sitting on the three season porch drinking our coffee. We were also over prepared but pleased to find that the cabin had linens, soaps, and coffee. "This little cottage was very clean and cozy. It is far off the road but close to a lot. A great location for Skyline drive. Good eats nearby. I would recommend an SUV, a sedan might bottom out on the road coming in. I gave 4 stars overall because of the latrine.. It is a compost toilet and there is an odor. The flies were bad because of this. Don’t plan to do a lot of cooking. Pots pans utensils were limited. We cooked steaks on the gri and our forks and knives bent trying to cut them. We have...

"Everything as described. The cabin was immaculate, and appeared to be almost brand new. Had pots, pans, plates, cups, microwave, and two plate burner top. As advertised you’ll need to bring your own bedding/towels. Wife and I have already agreed on a date to come back. Thanks for allowing dogs as well!"

"The property was quite cozy, off the main road, and extremely peaceful. Sitting in the hot tub looking at stars was a great way to end the night. Located about 40 minutes from Lurray and a short drive to Massanutten leaves plenty of options for the whole family. The property seemed well maintained by the host and we felt welcome upon arrival. We will likely be back next year!"

"Absolutely lovely VRBO tucked away in Shenandoah. We had an incredible time and everyone raved about how lovely the accommodations were! There were SO MANY beds that were so comfortable, a lovely hot tub and the VIEWS were amazing!!! Pictures do not do this place justice! The customer service was also incredible. Highly highly recommend if you want a place for a large group to get away! ☺️"
