« The apartment was all you could ask for... The air conditioning worked amazingly well which was great because it was very hot and humid. "Hôtel très classe. Grande chambre moderne avec jacuzzi sur la terrasse très appréciable avant ou après les visites. Le SPA est reposant car jamais plus de 4 personnes dans le créneau d'une heure réservé au préalable. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Un grand merci à Antonella qui s'occupait de notre chambre. La situation excentrée n'est pas du tout un problème car le train qui permet de rejoindre Naples est à 2 pas et est très confortable. C'est appréciable d'être au calme après avoir vécu la ferveur de Naples toute la journée. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour. "

"J'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit, ses plafonds hauts et sa décoration d'époque. Nous avons eu un bon accueil à l'arrivée et le départ a été facilité . C'est un bon compromis entre l'hôtel et le B&B. Situé dans un quartier calme sur les hauteurs de Naples le Chiostro San Francesco offre l'espace et la quiétude nécessaires pour se ressourcer."

"Nous avions réservé une chambre avec mezzanine et avons dû changer de chambre cause travaux… la seule chose que j’ai vue est qu’ils ont repeint et je pense qu’ils auraient pu attendre deux jours de plus ! Malheureusement notre chambre donnait du côté rue et c’était très bruyant. La literie est très bonne mais certaines chambres auraient effectivement besoin d’un rafraîchissement. On mange très bien au restaurant de l’hôtel et le service est très professionnel et aux petits soins "
