Beautiful villa 4*, near the beach

LACANAU OCEAN, beautiful house classified 4 * of 140m2, located 150 m from the beaches, surf schools, shops and restaurants. Supermarket 100m away, in a quiet area.
Exterior: fully enclosed garden with 2/3 parking spaces, large covered terrace with pergola with adjustable blades. Outdoor bar with sink, fridge and BBQ. Outdoor hot water shower.
Ground floor: large living room 50m2 with fully equipped American kitchen, pantry, lounge/TV with chromecast (disney +, amazon prime included and canal+), wc, storage room/laundry room, air conditioning. FREE WIFI.
1st floor: 3 spacious bedrooms with 160x200 bed, 2 large bathrooms with shower and double basins, separate WC.
2nd floor: dormitory of 28 m2 with 2 distinct parts: 1st part with 160x200 bed and 2nd part with 2 90x190 beds. NON-convertible sofa (condemned). No additional person will be accepted.
