"Room hadn't been cleaned when we checked in. Towels all over the room, windows were open, silverware, and cups were dirty in the sink. The bed wasn't made, and drawers were literally pulled out out of the dresser and on the floor. I've asked for a refund and still have not heard anything. After a 14 hour travel day this was the last thing we needed. We had to get another hotel at 10 o'clock at night and look our bags around in the rain. The least they could do is make it right with a refund."

You are unlikely to find a hotel with a wider array of amenities, though maybe not the amenities you typically associate with hotels. It has great city views, and small but luxurious rooms. The location is also exceptional, right next to Zurich Main Station and in the heart of the Old Town"

"Location and lockers and mattress good. Height of bed from floor poor, very low. Size of room poor, could hardly get round bed. Bathroom horrific! Sliding glass door was inches from my head and opened directly onto the toilet. No privacy from smells, sounds or being seen!!! Not ok when sharing!"
