Bathed in natural light thanks to its large double glass doors, the living space offers a soft and relaxing atmosphere that immediately makes you want to settle in. It features a highly functional sofa bed (140x200). Open directly onto the kitchen, this area is designed to make you feel at home from the very first moments.
Access to the residence swimming pool (June 13 to August 30, 10 am–7 pm)

Kitchen:

Fully equipped (mini dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso machine), it invites you to enjoy good meals in a warm setting. You will find everything you need here.

For quiet evenings, the large table is perfect for sharing delicious dishes prepared with local products.

Bedroom:

Separate from the living room and filled with natural light thanks to its French window, it features a double bed (140x200) and a large double wardrobe. Enjoy direct access to the terrace to start your day gently.

Bathroom:

Functional, well laid out, and recently renovated. Equipped with a hairdryer and a first aid kit. Towels can be provided at an additional cost for lighter travel.

Private terrace:

One of the property’s real highlights. Enjoy a coffee in the sun in the morning, read in the shade (awning) in the early afternoon, or simply relax in the mild La Rochelle climate.
