Type 2 on the 2nd floor with terrace in secure residence with lift, equipped with internet connection. Private garage closed in the basement. No worries about parking. Close to the two Towers, the sea, close to the city center, the old port, the media library, the aquarium, the tourist office. SNCF train station 600 meters away. Beach 1.5 km away. Sea bus, bike station, very close. Inter-island cruises Fort Boyard, Ile D'Aix. Airport 3 km. Shops close to the building. Many restaurants. You can do everything on foot, stroll along the seafront, beach, visits (aquarium, media library, museums, etc.). Many cycle paths, seaside and others. Holiday checks accepted. Internet access.

Early Summer in La Rochelle
Property located within walking distance of centre of old la Rochelle. Garage essential as no free street parking. Apartment thought small has some essential outside space and is suitable for two.

Fabulous 2nd floor apartment
A fabulous property with great views towards the aquarium. A spotlessly clean apartment fully fitted for a perfect stay. Great host and hostess welcome guests and explain how everything works, including all household fittings. The coding of the lift and the access to the underground garage .... very welcome in hot weather. Easy access to all amenities and a few minutes walk to a range of excellent restaurants. Do not miss the Wednesday market (Vieux Marcheé) in the Old Town. A great location to spend a vacation. We will be back!

This was our 2nd stay in this truly beautiful apartment. Our hosts Mr and Mrs Thomas greeted us fondly by waving to us from the balcony as we arrived, they are a lovely couple and genuinely care about their guests. The apartment is extremely well equiped with every convenience and confort considered with much care. The balcony is very private with a lovely view over the water and lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance, so did not need to use the car at all. which was kept safe in a private garage. so a big Thank You to Mr and Mrs Thomas for a wonderful holiday and see you next year. Lynda and Grove.

Great Holiday in wonderful apartment
Would like to thank Mr. & Mrs. Thomas for their help in greeting us on arrival and Mr. Thomas even came to find us when we rang him to say we could not find the apartment. The apartment was the best we have ever stayed in, immaculate with every facility you could ever want. Great view from the private balcony and so very near all the restaurants and places of interest. We would love to go back to La Rochelle and stay again. The garage was a big bonus, left the car safe and could walk to all amenities, really fantastic holiday made complete by the hosts..Again Thank you Mr & Mrs Thomas, Lynda and Grove

Idéal pour parcourir La Rochelle à pied.
Accueil par les sympathiques propriétaires, appartement parfaitement équipé, grande proximité du centre ville par deux passerelles piéton. Garage fermé en sous sol, vue agréable sur le vieux bassin des chalutiers. Prévoir de quitter la rocade par la sortie direction les Minimes pour pouvoir accéder à l'appartement car il n'est pas facile de passer par le centre en voiture...
