Quick to the train station, only a few minutes away and not far from the funicular (which, if you're skiing runs before the ski lifts so from the hotel you can still get first lifts onto your mountain). "I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

"Just returned from a 4 night break at the PopAlp. We had an amazing stay at this hotel, we were greeted by Nicolas on reception who was warm and welcoming, he was so helpful and could not do enough for us, he is a credit to the hotel. "We had a fantastic stay at the apparent and a brilliant week skiing. The flat was warm and clean and had everything we need to cook for the week. Close to the shops and restaurants and it was great to be able to ski to and from the door. A fantastic hot shower and amazing views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains. The only really disappointment about the stay was the message we received from the owner to say we had left the flat dirty having spent time making sure that we had left it clean and tidy. We were sent a bill for 100 euros for the place to be cleaned! No reply was made from the owner in response to us querying the state of the flat. It felt like a bit of a money grab from the owner especially when we were happy to meet the agent the night before to hand over the apparent in a clean a tidy state. They did not wish to meet us! So would we recommend this place, yes but I would be concerned you might be sent a bill regardless of how clean and tidy you left it! "

"AVOID!!! From the start it was very dirty, i noticed how muddy the floor was, my girlfriend noticed how dirty the bathroom and oven was. Also the bedsheet was stained. Halfway through the stay the bathroom sink broke, meaning the plug was stuck in and they wouldn't come to repair it. To add insult to injury, despite me informing the owner of the broken sink and that the apartment was dirty, they are trying to blame us for the sink and leaving the apartment dirty - very disappointing considering we left it cleaner than we found it. nice apartment but 0/10 for cleanliness and very poor owner. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere "
