Recommend!!
We stayed here for a wedding in early November which I am told was off season. There was nobody else at our shared community pool and the pool (with hot tub) was so close (across the street). The pool & hot tub were very clean, the entire neighborhood is nicely landscaped & well maintained. This villa is not renovated but it was very clean, good layout, outdoor patio with nice table & chairs and working gas grill. Steps from the LaQuinta Resort, walkable to golf course, full size washer & dryer, plenty of towels, easy to walk around the subdivision. We were very happy with this condo!

Property needs to be updated ! Cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms are old and falling apart ! K
This could be a nice property if it was updated in the kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen doesn’t have good cooking materials and no coffee grinder! I love La Quinta I have rented serveral units I just won’t rent this one!!! Coming back in September a different unit

Run down
Terribly run down. The entire internal structure needs updating Windows, electrical outlets, cupboards, paint, carpet I will not be renting this unit in future or recommend it.

Good location but unit neeeds attention and upgrading
The location is great but the unit suffers from lack of care and updating. The kitchen did not have many basic items that we found provided in other units we have rented. From the range to the cabinets, the kitchen shows wear that needs to be improved. I would not recommend this unit unless the owners or management company makes improvements. The management company was easy to work with and had the living room carpet cleaned after I compalined that it was dirty. It should have been cleaned before our arrival.

This property was dated and filthy.
It looked as though the property has been completed neglected. Wallls and cabinets need painting. Windows, blinds and window sills need serious cleaning as does the carpet. We blew a fuse as too many items were plugged into the wall with no surge protector or gfi. A maintenance man came out to fix it while we were out. He did, but, meanwhile we had no electricity to half the condo for that morning. When we came home a floor lamp had been removed which had apparently been the culprit. I have several photos to show the condition of the unit, but I’m not sure I will be able to download them here. I will try. Meanwhile, I think a refund would be in order for our uncomfortable stay.

Great Weekend Getaway
We drove in from San Diego for a weekend getaway and just loved this condo. It was clean, easy to find, and a nice size for our family of 4. We also brought our dog and he loved hanging out in the gated courtyard. It was safe and we had fun swimming in the pools. Highly recommend.

Extremely dirty
The property was very, very dirty. Hair in the shower. Ants in the bathroom. Molded food on cheese grater in kitchen, pizza pan and knives and forks. Dead cockroach on kitchen floor. Looks like they replaced the trash compactor so the tile floor needed extra tiles to fill in the gap. It was just sitting on the concrete. Carpet was dirty and rippled. We were so excited to stay here as we are thinking of buying one of these condos and wanted to check it out. Our experience was ruined because of how dirty the place was. Even my 10 year old son commented on how dirty it was. This was the dirtiest VRBO we've ever stayed in yet we are going to be charged for it to be cleaned. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Extremely disappointed. I never write reviews but wanted guests to know it's worth spending the extra 50.00 to 100.00 per night to stay somewhere else. Pictures online look way better than it is in person. We will never stay here again. I never write reviews but this condo was so misleading, I thought I should share as it really isn't fair to the person renting. With Covid, cleaning fees have risen so much but this seriously looked like they don't clean it.

beautiful location
Located right next to the La Quinta resort, so it made our morning and evening walks exceptional around the villas with the beautifully kept grounds and activities going on. Coffee shop and market just walking minutes away. The condo was clean, comfortable and functional, would definitely stay again.

Met our small family needs
Nice, clean condo. Perfect for our mini getaway, though I wish we booked this place for more days! We loved the small courtyard in the front of the house, with the shaded tree that allowed us to enjoy being outdoors without the worries of f having the sun beam directly in us. Walking distance to the community pool, which we used each day. Kitchen is some what small and the set up doesnt allow for good flow of air, especially when you're cooking. We had to open windows for air flow. Overall, we loved our stay.

Fantastic location with great amenities Bathroom sink was broken for half our stay Cupboards were dirty and disorganized upon arrival Some kitchen utensils and pieces were broken/disfunctional Would have preferred not to be bothered with replacement of dining room table and dishwasher. However, I understand that they are old and needed to be replaced.

La Quinta Villa
This villa is very spacious and in a great location. The mgt. company was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The villa is a little old and has not been updated very recent, but did have every amenity we needed for our stay. We would stay there again.

We have rented many condos in La Quinta over the years but this was the nicest location yet. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate with restaurants on the property. The golf cart was a nice extra.

Wonderful getaway
This was our first Vrbo experience and we are so glad we did this. My goal was to find a nice two bedroom condo close to La Quinta Resort and Spa, which is where we usually stay at. But with a 4 year old toddler, having a bigger place to roam around is a big plus. Oh and did I mention the golf cart in the garage and the short walk to the Resort? I so enjoyed the empty pool every day also better than at the hotel. I would highly recommend this place. The kitchen was nicely stocked only thing missing were some containers to store food or saran wrap. But no biggie. Other reviewers mentioned the stuffy room. The owner installed big ceiling fan amd with the great working AC there were no issues at all. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in back and using the BBQ. It was one of our best short getaways for sure. Loved every minute of iy and did not want to leave. Both bathrooms are nice. The one adjacent to the twin beds has the bath tub which was ideal for our little traveler. All in all we had a wonderful experience. The deposit was also returned in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this and will come back for sure!

Great Getaway Location
Nice place!! Clean and well supplied kitchen. Plenty of extra luxury towels and pool towels, too. Back patio has a heat lamp so we spent time there in the evenings. Front patio has a cozy sitting area as well with a gas fire pit, but there were lots biting bugs in the overgrown bougainvillea so we couldn’t hang out there. FYI- the twin beds in the second bedroom are fold-out metal cots with luxury hotel style bedding on them. Our kids slept there and they were just fine. (Not sure how comfy those would be for a full size adult, though).They met our family needs. Great WiFi and lots of pools to choose from. Bikes in the garage were nice to ride around. Two of them where in working condition (the third had flat tire). Golf cart is also available, although we had no use for it. Overall it was a wonderful and very comfortable place to stay! Would definitely use it again. Thanks!
