The unit is very comfortable and has amazing views. Michael, the host, was amazing and very responsive to any of our needs or concerns. The views from the living room and main bedroom are fantastic. The gated community is quiet, safe and beautifully landscaped. Very close to several top notch golf courses and old town which has great restaurants. Condo is as pictured. Host was very responsive.

The Good - Great location. Quiet. Michael very responsive. Awesome view from balcony. Nice walkable neighborhood. The Bad - Furniture, appliances and furnishings old and worn. Towels and washcloths mis-matched and stained. Guest room shower slow to heat up (sometimes wouldn't. Tears in dining chairs upholstery. Deck chairs are threadbare. The Ugly - Carpet is filthy. They ask you to remove shoes and after 1 day, white socks turned brown on the bottom. Bed blankets full of pet hair.

Excellent location and property
As said in title the property and location are excellent. The only drawback is that the room with two beds is small for two adults and with few comforts, even worse, one of the beds is broken, so it was very uncomfortable to sleep in it. Those beds are small for adults. With respect to the administrator, I sent him an email in order to communicate the names of the other passengers at the Gateway and I never had an answer. Beyond that, everything was perfect, well equipped, comfortable and with beautiful views for breakfast or dinner on the balcony. We spent a great time. Neighborhood is very nice, safe and quiet. Everything you need is short drive away. Recommended

The condo is lovely with a peaceful view from the balcony. There was plenty of room for six adults to comfortably spread out to have their own privacy, yet enough room for relaxing together. The check in was bumpy, but addressed quickly. The pool is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed hiking Joshua Tree NP and Ladder Canyon Trail (40 minutes from condo). We had a great stay and would love to visit again.

Great, affordable spot in PGA West with incredible views
We were at PGA West for a wedding, and it was so convenient to stay at this property! We were walking distance from the ceremony at the clubhouse, had access to a gorgeous pool overlooking the mountains, and to top it all off, the view from our balcony is absolutely stunning! We are so glad we found this property for our time in La Quinta.

KO'd by the Corona Virus
We were two days from heading to Palm Desert when the Indian Wells Tennis tournament was cancelled due to the Corona Virus. We contacted the owner to see what options were available to us. While he had no obligation under the terms of our agreement, the Owner did agree let us push our one week stay to sometime in the future. So our review is not so much about the property as it is the Owner. We were very grateful that the Owner recognized the extreme craziness of events and that they did not wish to take advantage or profit from something as horrible as the global pandemic we find ourselves in. This is certainly a 5 Star VRBO Owner!! Thanks so much!!
