"The price does not match what you receive. The rooms are outdated and worn down. The location is great, however, this is not what expect from what’s branded as a luxury hotel. The rooms are more on the level of an older, mid-priced hotel. "

"Rooms don't get serviced daily, ever 3rd day of your stay if you request. I didn't know, so I took my trash out and had to go get toilet paper, clean towels and kleenex."

"Great stay. Walking distance to Disneyland. Loved being able to bring the dogs. Close to Doggy Disney Daycare. "

"Clean room, great breakfast and the pool area is awesome!! Also really great food at reasonable rates within a 2 min walk "

"Staff was fabulous. Only thing I’d suggest is rooms get cleaned in the morning instead of later in the afternoon when we came back to rest and swim before going back to DL. But they would have is clean towels and we just asked them not to clean our room that day. "
