"Front desk had terrible customer service, the pool was down & I would have gotten a cheaper room that didn’t have a pool had I known that, the side access door remained unlocked through the night , the tub spout is coming off of the wall , the face of the bathroom vanity was ripped off , and the walls were so paper thin and non insulated you could hear everyone in their rooms. Beds were comfy "

"The property is under a large renovation with the lobby area completely unavailable. This should have been on the website as a warning. When i arrived, they couldn't find my reservation but were eventually able to discover that it was sent to them for the wrong date and they were able to accommodate me."

"Cute Inn on Pine Lake; easy parking, clean and roomy entry, friendly staff, hallways and room smell nice, room has plenty of space, comfortable bed with pillow top (ask for pillows that meet your preference), clean and updated floors and bathroom, quiet area, attached restaurant and bar with great food selections, nice outside decks with views of the lake, good breakfast selections, and close to lots of shopping and activities "

"Took our kids for a night away and we all had a great time! The pool area is cool and there is an area right outside of the pool with tables so we had a nice area to eat dinner ( I prefer not to eat meals in the room when possible). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of near by places to eat and shop nearby. We slept in and breakfast was still hot and fresh. Definitely going to be back soon. Also we had an incident where my daughter’s friend blood sugar was very low and the staff helped right away by making sure she had juice and candy to get her back on track."

"Only stayed for one night as we were passing through. Staff was very friendly! Property was clean. Breakfast was good, with eggs and sausage and waffle iron. Bed wasn’t great, just a mattress on a metal cot-like frame. Bedding was good and clean though. Worth the price we paid, and we would stay again. "
