« Apartment was really clean except stove needed a little more love. Bathrooms were very clean, which to me is more important than the stove. Microwave was very clean (which is not always the case when I book apartments or hotel rooms). Apartment is one of four in a building and there's one parking space per apartment which is really nice. We had difficulty opening lock box but host was quick to respond and quick to find a solution for us. Really appreciated the quick responsiveness and trouble...

« It was a great location for us, (we needed to be near the UTRGV campus), and it was close enough to the highway that we could get anywhere we needed to go.The handy man lives on site, so our problems were dealt with immediately.You do need to know that it is an apartment, and the neighbors' music was pretty loud until midnight, but if you have a loud enough white noise machine, you could potentially block most of it out. The host is incredibly responsive and very friendly. »

« This place advertises premium bedding and is FAR from that. The master bed is so worn out it has a swell in the middle and is so uncomfortable. The other bed is similar to sleeping on the floor. The toilet & towel racks in the restroom are 1 second away from falling off the wall. The place is very unkept but has potential. I will rent it again when my son revists. All amenities were provided. My son especially enjoyed bbqing in the bbq pit. »
