« First of all when I arrived at the hotel.The gentleman gave me my room.Me and my wife went up to the room , open the door and the smell was horrible , almost knocked us out then we went down and got another room. First, he asked us, could he just go up and spray some air freshener totally unacceptable? Then it gives us the key to another room. We go up there, hit the card and the door's locked from the inside. So somebody is obviously in the room so I call him he comes up, tries to open the door...

« Extremely friendly, kind, and courteous staff at check in. The pool was a bit cold BUT it had a rock wall you swim under to get to the outside 10/10. The hot tub was out of order which was a bit of a bummer. Wildlife aesthetic, many options for breakfast, and warm tea/coffee available in the main lobby. »
