« Wow where do I start. It was unexpected but in a great way. The property is beautiful and you would not expect what you walk into from the entrance. The entrance is nice and has a small town feel but once you are in it's paradise. I enjoyed my stay very much. Donna the bartender was awesome. Edwin, Julio security was always available. the food was 5 stars... The pool amazing. They made me feel like family. The only thing I would say that they could improve on was adding a blackout curtain so...

« Le site n'était pas trop petit. Facile à s'y retrouver. Très propre. Internet partout même sur la plage. Nourriture était correct. Le café shop très prisé. Petit mall tout près, rien d'extraordinaire mais ok. Un marché aux puces à 10 minutes de marche par la plage. La plage très propre. En somme, c'est un beau resort. Nous avons eu un manque d'internet dans notre édifice pour 2 jours mais je partais après. Les activités de soir sont plutôt fait par les clients. On les fait participer à des jeux....

« J’y suis allée il y a trois ans c’était un superbe hôtel, mais depuis il a perdu beaucoup de son charme: personnel peu sympathique, annulation d’activités et de spectacles sans notification, réseau internet payant, restaurant à la carte vide mais on se fait dire que c’est complet, peu d’options végétarienne, plage avec beaucoup d’algues. Bref j’ai été complètement déçu, je ne pense pas y retourner! »
