"We had a great experience. On arrival we received a warm, personal welcome from Pascal. The apartment is newly refurbished, very clean and has everything we needed for our 7 day stay. We forgot to bring towels and Pascal very kindly helped us. The mezzanine and bedroom setup is a very clever use of space and we never felt cramped despite there being 4 of us (2 of which are teenagers). The boot warmers and ski locker were perfect. "Excellent location close to the La Daille ski lift. Amazing room and view from the balcony. Staff are very helpful. Great transport options. Would only fault that you have to take the bins out yourself at the end of your stay. "

"Excellent location, close enough to Val d'Isere, but not in the middle of all the action, and ski lifts are practically across the street. The apartment is at the end of the small complex (only 18 units), so it's quiet and has a good view. It is well stocked with everything you need, except a washing machine. Although it could hold more, the size is perfect for 2 or 3 people. If you visit in the off-season, be aware that many local businesses are closed and that temperatures can be chilly. We...

"We are a family of four, with two college-age children, and had a wonderful stay at the Samovar. We stayed in one of the family rooms, which was perfect for us (with two beds in a spacious upstairs loft). The hotel is perfectly located -- literally across the street from the Dailles gondola (and only about a block from the funicular to the summit). "Loacted at the foot of the ski slope at La Daille. Free resort shuttle bus stop is a short distance away. 5 bathrooms / shower rooms a great asset. Lots of kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery etc. 5 bedrooms. Listing was accurate and communications with the owner were very good. Quite likely to stay here again"

"Convenient hotel for La Daille lifts and funicular train. Supermarket and tabac opposite. Good for a family holiday. Not a luxury hotel by any means but clean and well equipped rooms with comfy beds and kitchenette. We had breakfasts and most dinners here no problem. Would recommend for a reasonably priced hotel for family ski. "

"Superb location and access to the slopes. However one of the toilet rooms and shower rooms there is black mould on both the timber ceiling and timber bench top. Same with the kitchen benchtop. I couldn’t breathe in bathrooms there without feeling sick. Not the cleanest place either. However everything works just fine and the bedding etc no problems at all. Overall I think it was over priced for the result. But never the less we had a satisfactory stay."
