Lovely friendly and convenient house - really felt like home for a fortnight.
The house is very roomy and perfectly located for shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the beach. The owner couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. A great place for a holiday.

Charming, well appointed home, excellent location
We enjoyed our stay at Kerbiniou. Our host, Catherine, and her caretaker were both most attentive, warm and helpful. Excellent communication. Nothing is missing in this home for a very comfortable stay. The house is well appointed with all amenities. We had zero issues during our stay. The house is perfectly located, steps from the beach and shops/restaurants, yet is sooo quiet. We enjoyed the calm, listened to the birds.

We hebben een heel gezellige vakantieweek doorgebracht met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Voor een vakantiewoning te veel persoonlijke spullen aanwezig van de eigenaar (spullen in badkamerkast, in opbergkasten …) . Woning (behalve de keuken) was proper en gezellig maar is aan renovatie toe.

Emplacement fabuleux mais entretien/ménage à revoir
L'emplacement de la maison est vraiment parfait, à deux pas de la mer et de la rue principale. La maison est grande et chacune des chambres dispose d'une salle de bain ce qui est un véritable avantage. La maison a du charme (maison ancienne) et est très bien équipée. Rien ne manque ! Toutes les personnes (hôte et personnes en charge de l'accueil et de la reprise de clés) avec qui nous avons été en contact ont été très sympathiques et réactives. Cependant, nous avons été très déçus par l'entretien et la propreté de la maison : draps troués et tachés, taies d'oreillers ne sentant pas la lessive, serviettes de toilette usées, trouées et tachées, ustensiles de cuisine pas propres, mauvaise odeur dans la cuisine, tiroirs des tables de nuit sales, à tel point que nous avons dû faire le ménage et des lessives en arrivant. Nous avons prevenu Catherine le lendemain qui était désolée et nous a proposé que quelqu'un repasse faire le ménage.

Just go for it !!
It was the perfect stay for our holidays in La Baule. Actually you cannot find a better place to stay as you are 3 minutes walking distance from the center where you will have all restaurants, shops and supermarket for your daily needs, and 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of La Baule. Simple, we parked the car and never took it again. Communication with Catherine was very pleasant and smooth. The house is as on the pictures, clean, spacious, the terrace is really a gemme to enjoy breakfast, lunch & dinner with our family. The kitchen is more than well equipped, you can find anything you need. Bathroom are clean and new, and most important the mattress are really confortable for your nights. It is a very calm area. Just take it and enjoy your stay.
