"We had an amazing stay, communication and helpfulness was above and beyond. Buns were delivered daily and very much enjoyed!
The villa is even nicer then the pictures and you could not ask for more. The welcome wine, beer and treats were a nice touch.
We will absolutely try to return to this property with the amazing views and all the amenities you could ask for."

Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa – Adults only (+18)
5/5 Excellent
"My husband and I have just spent a wonderful 5 nights at Secrets Lanzarote. We opted to upgrade to Preferred Club (which I would recommend). We initially stayed in a double room but were very fortunate to be upgraded on our second day to a junior suite. Both rooms were lovely and not too much difference between them. The staff there are wonderful, extremely attentive, polite and friendly. The food was excellent and drinks included the premium spirits as part of the all inclusive package. The hotel is easy walking distance from the port where you'll find a range of good restaurants (Mumbai Masala was amazing!) and a water taxi to Puerto Del Carmen. It's a very quiet area, perfect for a relaxing holiday but you may find it too quiet if you prefer a bit of bustle and night life. There are cats who live at the hotel. They're very friendly if you interact with them but otherwise leave you alone. They are well looked after. Overall a fantastic holiday and we can see why people return time and time again. "

"The staff were all friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, but the food really stood out, we opted for half board, lots of breakfast options available, a large selection of smoothies and juices, the food in the evening was always warm, with lots of good choice available, the cocktails were very well made in the lounge area. We ate in the restaurant for lunch too, and it was really enjoyable, quick service, with or without booking, even though this wasn’t included in our package, it was well worth paying for. There was always loungers available, and a nice quiet environment to relax "

"It’s a practical room , pretty big, with nice sofa and little fridge.
The hotel is by the sea and beach, which is best thing for me.
The other great thing is all the waitresses and waiters and specially the chefs ( Tony and Luis and a lady waitress I forgot her name) are so friendly and so lovely and helpful!
I am here working and competing so being in a quiet, practical and relaxing place is just what I needed."
