Even when things are simply chaotic, because, for example, there is only one small van as a shuttle to and from the airport, the driver tried to do his best to please all the clients, who were no easy and not nice, as they had been stranded by the airline (not the hotel's fault at all). Kuddos to his patience and helpfulness. The hotel is an ok layover. It is clean and comfortable, with no amenities in the room. As this is an airport hotel, I would recommend a small electric teapot to allow the guest to make a tea or coffee, when arriving very late with no bar or eating options. "

Having a microwave in the room would be really helpful, especially for guests staying multiple nights or bringing back leftovers. An iron would also be a useful addition for those who need to keep their clothes looking neat during their stay. A taxi was about 30 Euros due to the extra airport fees. Take a taxi if you are coming from a long flight. The time to get to your rest is worth the extra money."
