"When I tried to use the Check in kiosk on the 19th May it did not work even if I entered my confirmation number. I have to wait until the other guest let me in. The Maintenance/Cleaning Staff directed me behind the lobby to see a Representative. I was greeted nicely and was able to Check in right away. The Representative by the name of Dino was friendly and courteous and gave me directions where to go and visit places and recommendable restaurants around the area. I was impressed how clean the hotels in general including the rooms and most importantly the bathroom. Oniy thing that was missing was the TV other than this I had a fabulous time at your hotel. Showers and furniture were in good condition I will come back and stay at thsi property in my next trip. Love the hotel concept! "

"Beautiful location, heart of the harbor, but also on the quiet side of the bay. If you can get a room overlooking the water, you will be in heaven. Staff is courteous and food is wonderful. Such a treat to stay here. "

"I had a very lovely stay. The room was small, but cozy. There wasn't very much room to move around, but I was traveling solo. My one complaint is that there was no seating in the room, and there was not sufficient luggage storage (only 1 drawer under the bed, and a luggage bench with a drawer against the wall), but I travel with just a small backpack so I made it work for a night! Also, no hangers in the room, which would have been appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with two big fluffy duvets and comfortable pillows. The mattress was perfect firmness and I slept very soundly! The room had large blackout curtains. There was a massive flatscreen tv in the room with about 20 or so channels (several in English also!). The bathroom was large and spacious - modern toilet with strong flush, and large walk-in glass door shower. Water pressure and temperature were excellent! 2 hand towels and 2 large bath towels were provided, hand soap, shower gel, and ample toilet paper. There was a hair dryer in the room as well. Air conditioning was excellent in the room and the wifi was excellent (open network though). Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers free secure luggage storage, breakfast for an additional cost (I cannot comment), and an on site coffee shop which sells drinks and sandwiches. The hotel also has a self-service laundrette, common lounge area and a gym on site. Location of this hotel was superb for sightseeing attractions!"

"Lovely central hotel with lovely breakfast. It’s very large with 13 floors. Can be have some noise from streets below but sound proofing is good. Swimming pool very small but sufficient."

"convenient for early morning flights from Oslo Airport. Dinner was good and a ;sat taste of Norway before heading off. Rooms were nice and just a short walk to the airport terminal. Staff was exceptional."
