« Staff was helpful and friendly when available.
Complimentary wine and cheese was nice.
Room Charadonay bed was too big. Consistently bumping on corners of bed frame. No place to store clothes. Lived out of suitcase. Can't control heat or air in guest room. Central control only. Portable heater wad provided.
Town was noisy with students yelling late in the morning. »

« I booked a house with Vrbo through the Expedia app. The morning of my reservation I was sent an email that I was staying at a Super 8 and not a house. Super 8 called twice telling me that I hadn’t paid for the room. It took 2 hours on the phone with Expedia who transferred me to Vrbo to straighten out the problem. Then when we arrived they changed my reservation from 3 people to 1 person and I had to work out getting a proper room with two queen beds instead of 1 king bed. This was not a fun...

« 1. Upon arrival, valet service was unavailable. When I called reception for guidance, I was directed to park in a random parking garage nearby. As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

« I called specifically to book a certain room and my reservation room was moved without any confirmation.
I have allergies and I like to cook food for myself when I’m away - but the room I was given did not have a kitchen even though I called specifically to book that type of room.
When I alerted the front desk about this, they said it was “ someone new” who moved me and there was nothing they could do. I could hear the entire phone call of them talking about me and it was super uncomfortable...
