"Our group of 9 had an incredible stay at this property - truly one of a kind! -Design: the design of the hotel is really magical. The consistent themes, colors, and decoration thoughout makes this a one of a kind property. The main courtyard and pool was our favorite, a perfect place to relax or have a cocktail w/ friends. -Service: we experienced exceptional service throughout our stay, from the front desk staff helping with reservations and transportation to the restaurant staff providing incredible meal service -Food: the breakfast at Casa Fontana was incredible and a highlight of our larger trip to Turkey. We also had a large group dinner at the on-site Italian restaurant which was also incredible, including the chef coming out to speak with us about the food. -Location: it was our first time to Alacati so we were a bit unsure of what area was best to stay in. We lucked out with Casa Fontana, located just a minute walk from the main pedestrian street with plenty of restaurants and shopping Highly highly recommend to anyone traveling to Cesme!"

"AC in the room would go off every time we opened the balcony door which is normal. However, it would not restart after closing the door. We had to call the reception every single time for them to restart it from their end. Our room did not get cleaned one day during our stay despite calling the housekeeping and had to ask one of the employees cleaning other rooms for clean towels, water, etc."
