"My stay was good, but not perfect. The reception is very friendly, very helpful. The rooms were nice but few things were missing; no tissues, no AC while the room was very warm, no shower gels. The shower area had a half glass door which made it difficult to shower without having the water being poured everywhere. "Die Unterkunft war sauber und super ausgestattet. Ein Teil der Unterkunft wird gerade umgebaut, hier und da fehlte mal ne Fliese oder etwas Tapette. Das war aber immer erst auf dem zweiten Blick aufgefallen. Der Whirlpool war leider nicht funktionsfähig (hat 24 Stunden zum aufheizen gebraucht, mag dran liegen, dass er kurfristig umgestellt wurde). Der Standort ist in der Bad Emser Innenstadt, fußläufig zum Bahnhof BE West. Parkmöglichkeiten gibts nur für ein Fahrzeug, für weitere Fahrzeuge gibts...

"We loved staying at this property. The location was brilliant with easy access to the small local town. But also good connections to Many major cities and some stunning small towns on the Rhine such as Boppard. The house has fly screens on all windows and doors, which was fantastic for me as I always get bitten by mosquitos. Not here I didn't. 2 x bedrooms are a good size for our needs. Garden was lovely and quiet. Good WiFi for those who can't do without it. My 12 year old daughter being one...

Everything you could wish for
"We had a suite and it was quite phenomenal. Lovely news. Temperature was perfect. Large room. We stayed for nearly a week and could have stayed longer. The pool and spa was just a short walk along the corridor. That also was wonderful and at this time of the year we had the pool to ourselves. Meals were great and wonderful service and atmosphere. Oh, and a 75 inch television giving us a cinema for the evening. Room service was also great."
