I reached out just one day before flying to Japan, and the team went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early at 10am instead of the standard 10pm. When we arrived at 9am after nearly 25 hours without proper sleep, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely staff member who not only assisted with our check-in but also let us know our room was already ready. That moment alone made a huge difference for us. She personally walked us to our room and helped us settle in, which really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room itself was clean, tidy, and spacious—we had a two-bedroom setup with a great balcony view. The inclusion of a washing machine was a massive bonus and made our two-week stay incredibly convenient. The hotel was easy to navigate, and everything felt well thought out. The breakfast service was fantastic, and both lunch and dinner options were delicious and reasonably priced. What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality. Every single staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile each day—it genuinely felt like they cared. That level of consistency is rare and made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The location is also excellent—Ajikawaguchi Station is only about a 5-minute walk away, and having both FamilyMart and 7‑Eleven nearby made everything super convenient.
