Fortunately, however, the guy at the front desk was a big, strong guy and he assisted with all of our luggage. But once we neared the hotel property I was disgusted by the filth, trash, the rats and cockroaches that littered the way to the hotel entrance. The hotel in and of itself was clean, and our room was pleasant enough, with a big, soft, comfortable bed. The main drawback about the room was the loud AC system, which made it difficult to fall and stay asleep. I was also disappointed to learn that there was no onsite restaurant and at one point I needed a spoon but was told that I could not have one, so I had to go down to one just outside the hotel to get one. For the price I paid for this hotel, I expected more and received very little from the staff with exception of the big guy upon my arrival. ##### ROBERT ALAN Stayed 4 nights in Mar 2023 ### 4/10 Poor #### Kar Wing Oct 10, 2025 Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities Did not like the fact that everytime you need to get back to the hotel you have to pass by a row of Bars with staff being pushy for you to go inside for a drink. For the price of the hotel, the room was a bit run down. Also my Expedia status said I would get $117 HK for food & drink and when I asked the hotel front desk said they do not know anything about it and to ask Expedia. Not impressed with that. Cold most of the night. The hotel was very hard to find, there should be instructions on the main page of how to get there. There were plenty of bars I had to walk through during there prime time to find the place. A few bouncers were nice enough to navigate us to the small door for the hotel. Checkade in på hotellet och blev tilldelade ett rum. När vi kom in i rummet luktade mögel, mycket riktigt var det tejpat på ett stort område på väggen där svartmögel börjat växa, vatten sipprade ut när man tröck på det. Svårt att se att personalen inte var medvetna om skicket på rummet. Vi påpekade svartmöglet för personalen i receptionen och blev flyttade till ett annat istället. Utöver mögel på rummet ligger hotellet bra till, nära gångavstånd till butiker och olika marknader.
