The elevator doesn't appear to have a button for the 4th FL where the actual lobby is so imagine lugging your 30kg luggage up and down the staircase once you land on the 5th floor. The room was SO small. Can barely fit one person, let alone two people with luggages. The sheets and pillow cases looked dirty and overall the room was dusty. Can't recommend this for anyone. Girl working the counter was nice and honest about how difficult the elevator situation was and gave some good recommendations on how to catch our flight the following morning. The lady who helped us check out the next day was not so pleasant..
