#### Small and need renovation guesthouse. 

They said they “upgrade” me to a better room when I checked in. Yet, the condition of the room is really poor. I can see wires Socket (internet and phone) is exposed, TV remote on/off switch is not working, the so call cloth cabinet is so short that shirts are touching the bottom, wallpaper is peeling off, shower room is so small that I have difficulty to turn.

#### Conveniently located but out of the busy street

Conveniently located but out of the busy street. Many food choices nearby until late (past midnight). Bathroom is bigger than most similar size hotel. Someone is in the front desk 24 hr with many cameras. Only complain is noise from the hallway. Door does not automatically close and make reminder sound if you don't play attention. I have to go out to close someone's door at 2 am.

Quite a walk away from MTR. About 8 min. Serviced by a nearby convenience store. 15 min to temple Street night market and 8 min to Ladies Mkt. Service personnel are kind and friendly, but mostly spoke in Cantonese, not English. Room size decent for the price, but don't expect too big given thata how Hong Kong is. Walls not sound proof. Something about the card access door... It sounds like an alarm if you do not close the door in.. 6 seconds? So you be hearing the alarm sounding off from your neighbours when they don't close fast enough. Can be annoying. WiFi connection decent and speedy

酒店傍邊現在地盤工程，白天就得吵。房間間格非常奇怪，洗手間細又三尖八角。房間牆角污糟、睡床低、雪櫃門給床頭傍的小櫃擋著。空調雖然是日製，但看來應該是較少製冷力型號，所以過了一段時間都不夠凍。 唯一可取的是酒店發覺客人馬上退房，便安排退回房價。

枕頭要兩個才有正常的高度，整體尚算乾淨可以接受，沒有異味、污漬及昆蟲。雙人床是兩張單人床合併再鋪上被子而成，感覺上還可以接受吧。沐浴間去水有點慢。地點極近朗豪坊，飲食交通都極之方便。

Very convenient location to the heart of Hong Kong definitely get what you paid for staff are very friendly and helpful very safe with cctv 24hr counter staff & very trustworthy cleaners bed was a little bit stiff not the best tv reception a couple of small holes in towels but very clean overall thumbs up

This hotel is old and simple. The building felt dirty and the rooms are not very comfortable. It was cheap compared to surrounding hotels but in hindsight I would have paid a bit more to stay somewhere else.

Actually was not a long walk to Mongkok MTR. Around there's many eatery and close to many actions. Despite that, it is still a quiet street (minus some ground works done at the main road). For the price and e standard size of HK rooms, this is considered value for money. Prompt room cleaning daily. Would consider staying again in future if back to HK

電源コンセントが香港仕様のものしかなく、日本の二又 コードは変換プラグを持って行く必要がある。 インターネット接続のモジュラーを繋いでも ＰＣではインターネットが繋がらなかった。 ＵＳＢジャックもなく、日本人として携帯の充電が出来ない。 防音が不足して外の騒音が部屋に入ってくる。
