The staff of the hotel is friendly and understand and speak English as well. In that time. I went checked in at the time you shown but the reception said that room weren’t available (2 pm) must to wait till 4 pm. He suggested me to upgrade the room for the better room that had windows. It’s okay because I didn’t want to wait anymore. After that the staff told me to paid for the deposit of the keycard 500 HKD. If I paid via the card. the deposit will refund to the card but if i paid by cash. I will get the refund when I checked out. I must to leaf the hotel early because my flight was in the morning and its before the reception open. I preferred paid via my debit card. the staff told me the deposit will be release within 2-6 weeks...I tried to contact the hotel after 6 weeks later. they told me next Monday...next next and next. from that day I still don’t get any deposit from this hotel. what the exactly Monday I can get my money.
