"Brand new hotel - we stayed in early July 2026 about 10 days after it opened.
Rooms clean and comfortable - nice breakfast and amazing private beach (deckchair right by the sea).
Downsides:
Staff members (receptionists) wouldn't make much effort to try and help - even when there was plenty we can do to make our stay more pleasant.
Hotel listed as having pool and spa - but these are not currently available though no one bothered to point this out.
Rooms are also listed as Kind Bed - but...

"Value for money was excellent. Great location, 5 minute walk to the old town, access to parking next door (15 euro/day), staff was friendly and very helpful. Great continental breakfast on a nice outdoor balcony."

"Our stay at Forza Terra was incredible!! The staff was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL and some of the friendliest I have ever experienced. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Great overall stay, not far from kotor old town. Great swimming in front. Breakfast in tue morning was delicious. Only complaints was ac didn’t work great, room was hot. Also my room had no hangers."
