A nice enough place but definitely not a four star hotel. The place is a definite tourist magnet and was extremely loud through all hours of the night. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The hotel staff were the unfriendliest staff I’ve ever experienced in any hotel before. There was no smiles or acknowledgement of you when you passed through the hotel. We were given a key and told breakfast started at 7am. No other information was provided eg where our room was and where breakfast was served. The only time we were acknowledged was when my husband went to the reception toilet and was shouted at ‘why are you not asking to use the toilet’ He explained he was a guest and the staff member just shrugged her shoulders and marched off. If they lifted their head and made eye contact maybe they would know who their guests were. The staff were not overly friendly/ welcoming but they did their job. Room was slightly older but fine, there was old damp on the wall that could do with being cleaned up otherwise everything was fine.
