« Chambre spacieuse et très confortable au sein de ce très grand resort à la propreté impeccable, avec de nombreux équipements. Bouteille de vin de bienvenue avec fruits et macarons dans la chambre. La salle de sport et l'espace bien être sont excellents. Choix de restaurants et bars sur place. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et très bon, avec des plats minutes servis à table. La piscine extérieure est immense. Le personnel est bienveillant et très aimable, bien que nous ayons du sortir nous...

« Appartement tres bien situé et tres bien agencé. Il etait indiqué que l'on pouvait communiquer en français (raison pour laquelle nous avons privilégié cette location), c'est absolument faux que ce soit le proprietaire ou l'agence, personne ne parle francais. Apres 1780km et beaucoups d'escaliers à grimper pour monter nos bagages, nous rêvions de nous rafraichir a la piscine. Piscine marron, sale, probleme de pompe qui devait etre resolu le lendemain. Or elle a ete inaccessible pendant tout notre...

« Très bel hôtel situé en plein centre de la vieille ville dd Kotor. Le personnel est très gentil et aux petits soins. Chambre un peu petite pour un 4\* mais c’est le seul défaut qu’on peut trouver. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et personnalisé avec le Covid (pas de buffet). Attention le soir aux soirées environnantes font énormément de bruit jusque dans la chambre, mais elles se finissent à 1h du matin et cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir ! »

"Un hôtel bien loin des prestations d'un 4\*. Des sacs de draps et une poubelle en plastique qui ont trainé à côté de la piscine (non chauffée) toute la durée du séjour, des matelas à la piscine déchirés, pas de grandes serviettes de toilette dans la chambre à notre arrivée, aucune machine qui fonctionne dans la salle de sport, des toilettes femme qui ne ferment pas au restaurant, pas d'ascenseur... Reste un personnel très gentil et un restaurant (petit dejeuner inclus) bon."

"Le personnel est très gentil mais l’hôtel n’est pas un vrai 5 étoiles. Nous avons été déçu sur la propreté et l’entretien. L’hôtel reçoit des groupes et nous coupe l’accès à certains espaces et il y eu plusieurs fêtes bruyantes pendant notre séjour. "
