« Die Umgebung war ruhig. Die Ferienwohnung enttäuschte. Küche minimal ohne Kochgelegenheit oder Möglichkeit zum Abwaschen. Kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten. Nur eine Mikrowelle. Im kleinen Bad nur ein winziges Waschbecken, was zudem nicht ablief. Einrichtung war ziemlich spartanisch. Ein Pluspunkt hatten die beiden Betten, auseinanderstehend. Sie waren bequem und man kann darin gut schlafen. Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. »

Allerdings sind es zum nächsten ÖNPV ca. 800 m und für jemand Gehbehinderten, ohne eigenes Auto, nicht zu schaffen. allerdings gleicht sich das durch den absolut günstigen Preis für Frankfurter Verhältnisse wieder aus. « Avec mes 4 amis, nous avons passé 6 jours dans cet appartement. L'appartement était un peu petit pour 5 personnes mais Théo nous en avait informé. Pour des vacances entre amis, c'est parfait !Théo était à l'écoute, très gentil et il nous répondait rapidement. La cuisine est bien agencé pour pouvoir préparer à manger.Les lits sont confortables, les draps étaient propres et sentaient bons. Des serviettes étaient à disposition et Théo nous les a même changé au milieu du séjour.L'appartement est à 2...

Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße ohne Aufpreis. Lidl ist 2min entfernt. Stadtnähe. Gemeinschaftsraum inkl. Switch mit Spielen, Workspace und Chill Area. Zimmer sind komfortabel und auf das dringendste ausgestattet. Sauberkeit gut-in Ordnung. An manchen Stellen noch staubig wie Abzug im Bad. Cooler Stil und extrem bequemes Bett....

« We arrived late in the evening after a concert in Frankfurt. The instructions were clear, and we had no problems accessing the apartment. We were very happy to have off-street parking. The neighborhood was quiet. We slept comfortably in the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bathroom and shower were excellent. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again. »

« I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The room was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. The floor had not been washed correctly: after my shower, I placed a white towel on the floor to wipe up the water, and it came back completely black. There were feces under the toilet bowl, the shower head was not descaled and covered in limescale, and to make matters worse, I even found a hair in the sink. This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this room at all...
