« Apparemment l'hôtel n'a pas reçu notre réservation de la part d'Hotel.com A notre arrivée, l'hôtel étant complet, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans le bâtiment annexe en cours de rénovation, dans une chambre sans prise de courant près du lit (pas encore installées), des tâches de joints de carrelage pas encore nettoyées, vue sur un parking en terre avec des chiens qui ont aboyé toute la nuit (mauvaise isolation phonique) et un climatiseur juste en face du lit qui nous soufflait directement...

« L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre de Shkoder et en même temps, la nuit, nous n'avons pas eu de bruits de fêtes et avons très bien dormi. La chambre correspondait tout à fait aux photos, avec les photographies du Marubi. Lits confortables, salle de bain moderne, choix entre quatre petit déjeuners différents, tout était parfait. « Had a beautiful stay at this property on our albania trip. We really enjoyed the stay, the food and the place. The staff was so helpfull and friendly the whole atmosphere is serene from the town and the internet was really good. The breakfast was starting at 8 clock, we had to leave at 7:30 for the boat ride, they arranged breakfast early just for us that was really appreciatable. And was so tasty!! I would really recommend this place. »

"Accueil très froid et pas aimable. Parking dans un terrain en travaux plein de boue. Arrivée dans la chambre le soir, inondation au niveau du lit. On appel la dame de la réception et elle vient en nous demandant de ne pas nous énerver. Pas de changement de chambre possible, nous dit qu'elle nous a upgradé sauf que nous avons déjà payé une chambre "deluxe". Résultat on dort avec un sceau dans la chambre ou l eau s écoule toute la nuit. On change de chambre le lendemain mais chambre selon elle une suite mais plus petite et vraiment moins confortable que la première. Vraiment très déçu de cette hôtel pour le prix. D autres hôtels sont si bien pour tellement moins cher. À éviter pour passer un bon séjour car de Shkodër on garde du coup un souvenir en demi teinte. Dommage "
