The location is awesome. The property could use some updates, especially in the bathroom. Showering was our least favorite part of every day because the shower was so old. With a few simple updates, this could be a five-star property. The view is fantastic, and we saw turtles in the bay every day. There is a power pole next to the balcony but that didn't bother us. The rental comes with two beach chairs, an umbrella, and an ice chest. I didn't see this listed in the property details, so I made a reservation to rent these times. You are paying for the views with this condo. It is right next to a road which isn’t totally clear in the pictures. But the road isn’t that busy. Overall the inside is usable but the furniture and bathroom could use some TLC. The bar for towels in the bathroom falls off the wall if you breathe on it. There was limited paper towel and toilet paper which is usually provided especially considering the nightly rate and fees. The owner provided lots of sheets for the pull out but no extra blankets. From the picture above, that would mean one side or the other of the building. But, no. Unit is around the side next to a very busy road with lots of road noise. When on the balcony, just hope the sound of the waves overpowers the road noise. Can only sleep at night if the air conditioning runs constantly.
