My one issue was that I was I was hoping for a pool I could swim circles in. I was thrown off by the pictures, it is too small for that, but it is perfect for lounging on the rooftop. And I really liked the rooftop, good view, lots of sun, and clean. Fortunately, the beach is a short walk away. I enjoyed the walk to the beach and back everyday. And the beach location is stellar! The water, colors, sand, etc. was a very memorable experience. Smelt wonderfully fresh and clean that’s to the aromatic oils. Room was clean and spacious. The best feature however was the small pool next to reception which was clean and more importantly COLD! Even if it was "repetitive and limited" it was ok to start our days. We don't liked the 15 minutes walking between the hotel and the public beach as thlWe stayed four nights and breakfast was included. Although it was "repetitive and limited," it gave us a good start to the day. We didn't appreciate the 15-minute walk from the hotel to the public beach, even though the advert on the website stated it was only 150 meters. Best to turn left at the Mercury hotel and walk 10 minutes to the heart of Chaweng nightlife. Our room had a pretty serious ant problem which was dissapointing. When explaining to the staff they sprayed the room but not a lot else unfortunately. Room was modern and clean - great WiFi and good aircon. 7-11 less than 2 minutes walk away. Unfortunately though, the room smelled like mold and sometimes there were no pressure in the water pipes so we couldn’t shower. There were no breakfast and when we ordered and paid for it, it took forever to get it and it wasn’t very nice. Quite a walk from the Chaweng center.
