Very private, very calm. With parking lot where we could park our rental car. At nights the parking lot is closed so it feels safe to leave the car. Only 2 blocks from Lamai beach, which is one of the best beaches in Koh Samui. Room was very spacious, with two bedrooms, ideal for our family of 2 teenagers, mom and dad. Kitchenette has all needed for making easier to spend some meals at room and save money. Very close to property there are many restaurants and markets. I would like to say that I will stay here again, but hard for us to return again to Thailand.. but, if I do, for sure I will stay in this same property. We had an awesome time!!!!

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks at My Village Lamai. It was clean and close to the beach. The housecleaning personnel is kind and efficient. If there is one negative aspect about this place it is that the management was not very flexible to certain of our demands. For example, our child has severe food allergies and we have to cook daily. With only one hotplate in the room (we knew this when we booked it), it made things a bit more complicated for us. We asked if we could get a second one (as we noticed that some villas were not occupied). The answer was no because they might rent them out. (I understand.) But it would of been nice to maybe let us have a second one until a unit was rented out (the unit in front of us was not rented for the first full week). A compromise would have been nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We would recommend it and return there if we were back in Koh Samui.

I stayed in the superior villa. It was a very big. If you want to cook you can. Who wants to when you are on holidays. The only 2 things I would complain about was the air conditioner is in the bedroom and you only have a pedestal fan in the living space,it gets very hot in there. I left the aircon on with the fan and it cooled it down a bit. There isn’t a pool. The owner said that they are looking into it. I hope so. Otherwise I would happily stay here again.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und das Bett war wirklich sehr gemütlich. Das einzige man könnte die Möbeln etwas modernisieren. Aber das ist nun jammern auf dem hohen Niveau. Der Zustand der Möbel war in Ordnung. Hotel liegt mitten in der Ausgehviertel von Lamai. Man ist also mitten drin.

All worked well. The hotel is 3 min from the beach(not a great beach) and in the middle of the Main Street of Lamai. Room clean, bed a bit hard, good pillows. The only bad thing is: no tv and weak wifi(suggest to buy a cheap SIM card at the airport!!) Rest was great. Side note, wasn’t too crazy about the island itself. Suggest Koh Tao or Koh Pha-ngan.
