"This property is a couples paradise if your looking for a quiet vacation. Staff is exceptional and every bungalow is positioned for privacy. Great place for rest and relaxation and if you never want to leave the resort, you wont need to. My girl friend and i rented a scooter(moped) from Shantaa and explored the whole island. We only used 1 tank of gas the entire time."

"Because was low season they closed the restaurant early, so you had to find other places to eat, which weren't many. But as we seemed to get ill after eating in the restaurant the 1st day wss probably just as well. "Pen was phenomenal. English-speaking and very helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Pen made our stay wonderful. This is a beautiful resort in the middle of nowhere, which was just the getaway we were looking for. We did get a taxi to White Sand Beach one day and I was glad we didn’t stay there because it was too touristy. At night at Parama, all you can hear are birds and frogs. Paradise. "

"Amazing Villa with access directly to the Beach. The resort was well presented, clean and spacious well set out. Staff were very friendly and nothing was a problem. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of both Western and Thai dishes. Villa was always kept spotless, thank you to the Housekeeping staff. Groundsteam did a fantastic job, cleaning up the beach every morning and also around the resort."

"Beautiful location right on the beach. Clean rooms and extremely helpful staff. They helped me rent a scooter when we checked in and they delivered it within 5 minutes. Location is across the street from a 7-11 and a nice steakhouse and other hotels right nearby that were all fun and the area was very nice. Definitely happy I chose this hotel for my stay...we liked it so much we stayed an extra day to relax and enjoy =)"
