Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown, our home is the perfect place to spend your Kodiak vacation . The house is perched atop a cliff overlooking the channel offering an up-close experience to the daily activities of the local marine life, as well as, boat and seaplane traffic. Our property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with ample parking. Spacious living areas with two levels of decks and all the bedrooms have channel views. Quite frankly my history with VRBO has been hit and miss so I don’t traditionally leave reviews but this stay was different. My family and I stayed in the blue house before engaging in the MTNs for a week and the red house upon return. Our stay was extraordinary! The views are very nice and feel is all there.
