« Great communication from hosts, Close to Abercrombie park for running, hiking and beach access. The mattress in the small bedroom (no windows) was a bit older/better for kids. There are no black out curtains in king bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and comfortable couches. Appreciated the kids books and toys. »

« The property is very well maintained. It is very clean and welcoming.Its really nice yo have basic staples in the kitchen so we didnt have to run out and buy all spices. Coffee and tea were also stocked. Its a quiet little area other than boats and water planes coming and going, which to us is part of the charm. This was our second time staying here and looking forwsrd to our next. »

« The home is nicely located in Kodiak in a quiet neighborhood and is a great place for a group gathering a family reunion, a fishing group like us or just a quiet place to get away and see Kodiak. The hosts were VET helpful and accommodating. WE LOVED IT! »

« Regrettably, no parade was thrown in my honor upon checking in. In retrospect, no one made an attempt on my life wile there, so it may be a good place to hide from assassins. The house was clean and comfortable. host made it easy to extend a day when needed. highly recommended. »
