« What an AMAZING stay over Thanksgiving week!Patsy, the host, quickly answered all of my questions, both before and during, our stay. From the outside the home looks plain. However, when you walk inside it’s like being transported to the most comfortable and beautifully decorated haven. Two living areas allowed us to spread out. « Gym was small but fine, the water dispenser don’t work. I did tell the staff, but it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. The milk in the kitchen was expired. I let somebody know, he did end up changing it. Twice there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for quite some time and still nobody showed up. I think they are sorely understaffed at that the best western.
I only found one ice maker on the first floor and there was an open pipe behind it so it stunk like sewage.

« The temperature of room would not stay consistent. The pool was lacking. Both the keys stopped working and had to be rekeyed. The breakfast was decent but not great and coffee was not very good. They charged us an incidental fee that was not disclosed to us upon booking so our stay was more then we budgeted for. The hotel itself just seemed run down and we thought being a marriot brand it would of been better. »

« Great room with one design issue, no complaints at all about the service or anything else. The only thing that was an issue is the road noise, it's next to the highway and people were revving their engines all night with the room not designed to block any of it. »
